I stopped when I read those words recently in Robery Poyton’s book*

How many of us have forgotten what we dreamed of being? Lost it somewhere beneath the dreams of others, or the expectations of our family and friends, our culture and society; perhaps we misplaced it as we dealt with the more immediate needs of day to day living…

Talking of pursuing a dream can feel a bit indulgent, available only to the lucky few, especially when cast against the backdrop of the responsibilities of adult life and the realities of day to day living.

However, it’s not just about not pursuing your dreams, it’s about losing some of who you could be by forgetting that dream.

If you have a dream of who you could be that you’d love to dust off and start pursuing, or if you need help to rediscover your dream then I’d love to talk to you about how to start that quest…..
